Reagan crushed the Unions that decimated my hometown. That lead to a life of moving around. The jobs taken that current Rep blame on Dems(?).
Clinton did nothing to reverse this, and fed it steam. It was enough to anger me, but not enough for me to ignore the warning signs of fascism I learned in books. The tiny bit was already showing through in the beating of Rodney King, and the Rep voters. In the televangelists. It was already obvious to me then.
@rokkinbobokkin @sonnydenbow @jgold I don't give them a chance to hide behind the term 'evangelists'; i use christo-fascists...far more accurate. what they're doing has zero in common with the entity (i'm not christian) that they claim to follow.

Have told them to quit wearing church T-shirts and answering people with things like "we are going to pray the devil out of you" because it is having a negative effect on the entire church's Christian witness in the world.
IOW, it makes it much harder for us to do our main job - evangelizing and behavior that does that is sinful. Bible repeatedly warns Christians not to embroil church in worldly controversies.
@FayreLylith @rokkinbobokkin @sonnydenbow @jgold I;m evanglical. What is being done political under the banner of Christianity is anything but Christian. Christians are commanded to avoid conflict lest it push unbelievers away from the church. moving people further from God is a grievous sin. Matt. 18:7 Woe to the world because of the things that cause people to stumble! Such things must come, but woe to the person through whom they come!
