So I had a friend over on Halloween for dinner and trick or treating after. I made pastitsio and I fucking nailed it. Sorry I didn't turn out to be as useless in the kitchen as you always thought I was, Mom.

@FallenAngelDoe It's definitely not a "weekday meal"! It's a "take a breath and dig in because you're going to be here for a while" meal. Kinda like stuffed cabbage. If you want to make that, prepare to dedicate a whole day to it.
