What's a good modem and router for fidium fiber? The ones they installed are garbage. Every power flicker they take half an hour to reset

@redenigma Echoing the UPS suggestion. If the power doesn't go out, you won't have to wait for it to come back up.
Do you know if it's a PON network? I work for a company that makes ONUs, but I'm not in that division.
@redenigma They might. You could get shuffled to a higher tier of support, though. Don't give up easy. :D
