Well. Walter's lungs look and sound worse and the vet agreed that the abscess most likely is cancer related and at the very least a biopsy or anything requiring sedation was probably either pointless or going to end him right there. And... We don't need to know. He is a billion in dog years and it is probably all the cancers and if we can make him comfortable, we will do that. We are in hospice land true and solid though and it is probably going to be a rough couple days to weeks.

We definitely don't have more than weeks though. Increased diuretic dose and maybe it will ease some breathing for him. He still seems happy and sleeps okay and like lunch a lot.

@Eythen Thanks. Just trying not to freak him out atm with being sad because he doesn't know the difference and we kinda knew that it was coming. Doesn't make it easier, *that's* the part I never learn.
