I never thought I'd see a speech that was roundly applauded by both the civil liberties community and national security types. Progressives, centrists, never-trumpers... everyone except the crazies at the far ends of the spectrum.
To give you an idea of how well this speech was received, both Jester and Glenn f***ing Greenwald like it. And those two are mortal foes.
