Is "memaw" a thing? I always called my grandma "nana"
@Exitpass I've heard it from a friend in Kentucky so maybe it's a regional thing? When I was a kid I didn't hear as many customized variations, but now we're Grammie and Granda and I love it.
@Exitpass memaw, mamaw, nana, nanny, granny, big mama, me-me, lots of nicknames for grandma.
@Exitpass Meemaw is used regionally in Appalachia and much of the south.
@Exitpass
I called both sets of grandparents mawmaw and pawpaw. My MIL is referred to as Nana, like your grandmother.
@Exitpass not a thing in my house.
