Not really feeling this independence day considering. Still, wishing you all a safe one.

I'm cooking up a giant batch of braised ribs with homemade BBQ sauce and homemade vanilla ice cream. I'd have you all over, but it's short notice.

@Eurydice1973 nice glaze on those ribs. I do an oven baked (slow and low) version of that on occasion. This time I opted to braise, and went for boneless country ribs just for more meat. But I do love the bone-in stuff just as much.
