@TheVictor Actually he wasn't legally supposed to reside there more than, IIRC, 2 weeks per year and not 2 weeks consecutively but total. I don't recall who that agreement was with, but whoever it was I believe he sued them because he's now able to live there full time legally. That was fairly recent though so before that it couldn't have legally been listed as his permanent residence for purposes of voting, etc. He voted illegally if he used that address for voting.
