I have to think they saw the evidence and decided it wouldn't hold up in court. The gun shop admitted they falsified a date on the background check form, I think, which could make the whole thing invalid for proving he was actively on drugs at the time he applied.
@EileenKCarpenter @DevinY1 that's like what talking heads said on the news. the case is not as strong as we were led to believe.
