@Nothingandtrash the bots and certain countries that aren't already blocked from social media access are free to run amuck on Twitter. China, Russia, NK citizens don't have free, unrestricted access to Twitter. Their goverments control what their citizens can or cannot access via social media.

@Nothingandtrash Twitter is officially blocked in China and NK citizens can't even access the internet outside the country with any kind of consistency. NK still runs mostly on 3G cell coverage.
Fussing that CS blocks these countries when those very countries block their own citizens from free access to the intent/social media isn't a great argument.
