i need a little advice please:

lately, the roof of my mouth has sore spots when i've eaten 'hard food'. for instance, eating a lumberjack sandwich where the french crusty bread hit the roof of my mouth when biting.

then a sore spot develops on the roof of my mouth for a few days that is sore & tender.

i try to bite a little diff or chew to avoid hitting the tender spots. but this never used to happen.

is this another shitty getting old thing? is there any way to speed up healing?

@singlemaltgirl Kank-a helps to numb it when you are about to eat and also helps to heal. It didn't taste good and doesn't last long, but it's what I use when this happens to me.

@DrRamey well, i don't really want to numb it. more figure out why it's happening. i feel like numbing it, i may aggravate it more. right now, i'm focusing more on soft foods.
