I am sick and tired of hate politics
of pettiness mean snarks lies and demeaning comments
if all you have is criticism of the other guy, instead of what you bring to the table, you have lost my vote
if every thoughtful person voted FOR something, instead of reacting to hate mongering, the world we live in would be a much better place

Not everyone who voted red then was angry or emotional. You’re not counting the uneducated or the republicans who vote by rote, red down the ticket, just because they’ve done that all their lives.
@DocLaing i think most red voters vote w/ their hearts & emotions. they 💜 trump. that's emotional. they hate pocs. that's emotional. they vote b/c of religion. they vote b/c they're scared & made afraid of dem policies. that's emotional.
fear politics is big in 🇨🇦 & big in the 🇺🇸. even peeps who voted for the libs in 🇨🇦 were scared shitless by the cons.
uneducated peeps vote w/ emotion NOT thought, too. family traditions are sentimental, not logical.
like I said, if folks voted for something, and not because of indoctrinated hate, we would have a better world

i would 💜 to be wrong. living in alberta for the last 14 yrs proved me right. trump winning in 2016 & getting as many votes as he did in 2020 proves me right. but i hope i'm wrong in the future.
