So I finished off the leftover sushi and shrimp roll for breakfast and I’m left with this burning question. What to do with this huge lump of wasabi??
@DocLaing I keep leftover wasabi in a small container and use it for other dishes that require horseradish (or, as someone wrote), get more sushi. It will last quite a while in the fridge.

the same thing one always does with the spicy green gob they insist on including with sushi cuz apparently some🙄people love it (looking at you, fam)…put it down the disposal lol!

mix it into some mayo or yogurt for a condiment to use all week?
