@Desmblake The AN-2's are configured as drones. They use those to try and get air defenses to fire on them.
Il-22PP is an electronic jammer aircraft.
Il-20M is an ELINT aircraft. Passively searches for enemy radar systems.
They're desperately trying to find a way to shut down Ukraine's radar guided SAM systems.
Because they haven't figured out that it's the heat seeking SAM's (like Stinger), that are doing the most damage to their air force (again).
