Are you going to panic your neighbourhood dogs?
Is this a bad air-quality day?
Is your area under an open-fire ban?
If your answer to any of these would be 'yes', maybe reconsider the plan.
@Daryl_Knee Could instead watch New Years fireworks at Burj Khalifa in Dubai on YouTube. UAE isn't exactly a bastion of democracy but they do a fabulous show. Put on Canadian or US anthem, as appropriate, to replace soundtrack.
