In honor of Pride month (& also every other month), a few words of advice to my fellow cis-gendered heterosexual types: Strive to be an ally to the LGBTQ+ community, but don’t label yourself an “ally.” That is not a label we get to award to ourselves. It’s given to those who are deemed worthy by the LGBTQ+ community, & can be revoked if they f*ck up. So remember: “Strive to be worthy, & don’t f*ck up.” 👍🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️
