@Coctaanatis I dont have a subscription but i downloaded the report from their link. Its interesting but isn't meant to be conclusive. The good parts are redacted, too, which is always a bummer.
@JLong There isn't a conclusive answer, and may never be, but Havana Syndrome remains a real possibility.

@Coctaanatis Naturally the CIA denies it, but independent physicians have ruled out sonic and microwave weaponry, too. If it is real Russia would be using it in Ukraine. NATO diplomats being harmed by a secret weapon would be a really big deal, we'd hear about that for sure. It's still fishy imo
