In 2016 and 2020, before the Jan. 6 insurrection, Trump did sign.

Yeah, it's not like he'd take an oath seriously one way or another. He knows his hardest hard-core cultists have a boner for his actual desire to throw away all rules and limits. So, he feeds them what they want to get the adulation he needs.
