Highlight of my week: Gastroscopy - camera down the hatch. The team at Llanwenarth in Neville Hall were brilliant. My eyes ejected from their sockets when I saw how big the tube was. 😳

A while back I found a lump in my neck/throat when I removed my beard of several years, been having chronic acid reflux, issues swallowing for a while. Nothing sinister, aphasia and suspected neck hernia at this stage.

Sods law, it would be me, a CCTV Manager, that the camera failed to capture any images. 📸 😂
