Spent some time with the 19 year old Granddtr yesterday. This child doesn't have a mean bone in her body.
She was telling me about voting for the first time, and how upon feeding her ballot in, a poll worker, a woman basically watched her and saw her choice. She was not nice to my granddtr. My gay Granddtr who voted her interest.
Fuck these people. I have seen you are. I am not forgetting. Sorry, not sorry.

Keep your grandson as safe as you can and we all just hold on until this nightmare is over, hopefully.
Fortunately, it is not all dark for us. He relocated back to NY from Oklahoma, and is getting the care he needed. Even with his strong views of the state of politics, I've haven't seen him brighter in years.
