@CinnamonGirlE * some assembly required*. If I was going that route, I would have a pad poured and have one of those premade homes lowered right on top of the protruding bolts, tighten and go.

@CinnamonGirlE It reminds me of this: they used to advertise this in the back of boys life and other magazines and comics. The sales pitch was something like “ you can build this kit yourself “. Um yeah if your dad is a master mechanic who owns a body shop and a mechanical shop then you have a good shot at it.
@MidnightRider I don't imagine that most people have the skill to do it themselves.

@CinnamonGirlE family friend I grew up with in the car business has two brothers in the manufactured home business, that’s where I would reach out first. I can always extend that to you if you get the bug.
