I was really considering re-watching alien3—a movie with which I have very few positive associations.But I decided against it; I decided to read the wiki synopsis instead...and then fell into a black hole doom spiral of Alien/Prometheus continuity that has been hanging onto me like a dog fart ever since.

@Delldracula my coworker at the time was an enormous Alien fan and was so amped for Prometheus, so we decided to make it a party and go see it on opening day. His mood after the movie is best described as silent incandescent nuclear rage.
@Chriskorvela I am going to have to make myself watch the last two movies again someday, just to put it all to rest.
The middle two... I currently take the liberty of pretending they don't exist.
