@stueytheround @Ch3fchr1sto I understand that asking to delete the post might have come across as intrusive. However, derogatory comments like "OK boomer" do not further the discussion and do not change anybody's mind. I hoped not to see such comments on #CoSo. This was my intention to communicate, albeit I fell short.

@Ch3fchr1sto If I see a take that I don't agree with I tend to just scroll past it. Others?........they just can't help themselves. I've found the mute/block buttons to be very useful over time.
@FrankCannon @Ch3fchr1sto I'm trying to go easy on certain topics for a few days, because it both helps me collect my thoughts, and there's some folks feeling too raw themselves to be ready yet, and I want them to feel included in the discussion when it happens.
But yeah. Especially here, the ethic we suggest is typically "mute them if you don't want to hear, don't tell them to silence themselves."
