Today is Dr Seuss' birthday so my 24 yo who's obsessed with all things Seuss insisted on green eggs and ham for breakfast as he's done every year since he was about 5. I had some too. #DrSeussDay

@singlemaltgirl I'd love to say I did something healthy like spinach juice, but I just grabbed the cheapest food coloring I could find at the grocery store. The store brand happened to be neon colors.
