This morning I got all ready to make lattes for me and my coffee loving kid (as I do on weekends) and discovered that the new carton of milk in the fridge expired January 4th. So I just brewed the espresso itself. Then my kid added some semisweet baking chocolate to our mugs and, dear readers, it was delicious.
