I just wanted to apologize if I offended anyone with my post about energy, one's thoughts and how it can create one's reality. I meant no harm. I am well aware that people are still extremely vulnerable and struggling. I am sorry if I caused you any further anguish. I was just speaking to my many years of experience with doing Reiki and the power of one's thoughts. I know that I haven't yet found my soul tribe here on CoSo. But that too shall happen. Excellent point about the placebo effect. Good article. But when it comes to energy, one can actually feel it. I know that I can feel the energy when I do Reiki or receive it. It's a warm, soothing vibration. I've actually felt like I melted and became one with the table. I can also feel the energy between my hands, swirling like a ball of energy. We are made of energy, just like everything on our planet. Our thoughts are energy as well.
