Warren made the remark as she visited a mosque and was asked by constituents if she believed Israel was committing genocide. Warren said, “If you want to do it as an application of law, I believe that they’ll find that it is genocide, and they have ample evidence to do so.”

Depending on interpretation US conduct in WWII and the Viet Nam war could meet that standard.
While I'm at it, the US has been in frequent violation of Declaration of Helsinki domestically and indications of foreign violations. Many due to CIA fuckery.
