Yesterday while we were out I grabbed a rotasserie Chicken for dinner sandwiches.

Today I turned that into chicken pot pie and it's not bad. 🥧 super easy comfort food. It needed salt but that's about it. Used ready to go pie crust too ( aldis is inexpensive! )

@KazzyH I did that last week. Made way more filling than the crust could hold, but it’s good on bread or with mashies, or to turn a can of chicken soup into stew…
