Probably the last person to put it together, but TFG last week was out there committing to make overtime pay tax exempt. That felt like a bold pander to me until I just realized that Project 2025 and TFG both want to ELIMINATE overtime pay. So sure, yeah, it'll be tax-free strictly speaking.
