Spent about 2 hours peeling and de-seeding a gallon bag of fresh roasted Hatch greens. So far I've remembered not to touch my eyes.
Got all the waste materials in the instant pot pressure cooking for 90 min, hoping to have spicy veggie broth for use making rice, etc...
