16 and I were just talking because I'm watching The Phantom Menace due to the fact that every once in awhile I rewatch the prequels to see if I enjoy them yet, and every time I do I end up like Humperdink.
Each individual film and then the trilogy as a whole.

I explained that when these were made we didn't WANT them to fail. We were so excited! But they're an absolute snooze.
The fun is missing.
I then showed him this image because when this poster was released we lost our minds. It's so simple and effective.
And the films- are not.

How do you take such an excellent cast with so much talent and end up with these?
Anyway I'm skipping Clones today and going right to Sith.

@Shelter @LiberalLibrarian What's wrong with me that I like that one. I though it was better than Part III or Part I.

@Boyceaz @LiberalLibrarian

No, then.
I explained to my kid that for the kids who were, well, kids when they came out they were highly enjoyable and that's completely valid.
I'm also going to state that these are my opinions and opinions are subjective.

@LiberalLibrarian @Shelter I liked Rogue One, and the first two sequels. Solo was okay. That last sequel really hurt me on a fundamental level. I'm still mad at it.
