@Bobbelieu it's the processing, refinement, additives, etc.

i imagine that's why we've seen a rise in food allergies all over the place. chemical sensitivities are causing all kinds of gut issues like never before.

i also imagine that genetics plays a role. peeps who would have died as kids from food allergies don't as often now. so those sensitivities are passed on to more peeps.

overall, we just have more peeps in the world, too.
