A group of bees is buzzing down the highway when they stop to have a pee.
Where do they stop? At the BP station.
Except for one, who stops at the Esso station.
Proving that in every group there's always an Esso bee.
(Thank you! I'll be here all week. Try the fish!)
@Bobbelieu if you know what an Esso station is, you're really showing your age...
(not quite as bad as knowing Sinclair, but close... OTOH, i really want a Sinclair dino)
@redenigma @Bobbelieu Esso and Sinclair are still around. There's Sinclairs all over (though I do take points away from their score if there is no dinosaur statue).
@AskTheDevil @redenigma Esso is a pretty common station in Canada. That's the only place I've seen them since my childhood
@Bobbelieu @AskTheDevil Esso changed to Exxon in 1972 in the US, but remained Esso elsewhere
@redenigma @Bobbelieu I knew I shoulda made that left toin at Albakoiky.
@AskTheDevil there's no Sinclairs in the northeast. there used to be one next door to my grandmother's house in Kennedy, NY. i have a suspicion that the dino may still be in the attic of the barn they used as the garage
@redenigma I too, have been wanting one of those dinos for years.
@redenigma My daughter lives in Canada and they still have them up there....but I still remember them from my childhood
@Bobbelieu I hate myself for laughing out loud at this! 😂
