@Pennyformythoughts Yeah, I occasionally have the same problem. I think it's only when I try to rush the process. Thin layer of mayo on each side, and watch it carefully

@Bobbelieu 😮 you do? I did it successfully today btw but got sidetracked by the cat and just about did it! I cooked it for way to long on low ant first to avoid burning it and then moments after I turned it up was when the distraction occurred.. but it was fine!
