My late gf's birthday is coming up soon, and I'm a mess. Gone nearly 2.5 years and I still cry periodically, but especially now. I've lost my love for holidays. I'd give up nearly everything just to hold her in my arms again.

@Gord02 I do understand how you feeling but no matter what, you deserve to live happy too and I bet she will think the same, I know is not easy but slowly you try you will come to know, although she is not here but, her soul with you forever until you guys reunited again. @Blueorchid520 It is I who was lucky to have her. We shared 4 amazing years together. I hope to spend eternity roaming the cosmos with her. I hope she's out there making new friends to introduce me to. I'll have many stories to share with her, as I expect she'll have many to share with me.
I just feel guilty making her wait so long.
