Happy Sunday!☕ Healthier eating resolution 8 months old & still going strong!💪 Yes, have had some cravey bumps in the road along the way, but stay committed. Have lost 33 lbs. in the process. My new obsession is Dave's Killer 21-grain bread cuz i love my carbs!🍞 Delicious, lo-cal & makes the cutest little sandwiches! I rarely eat bread these days myself. But this bread was recommended to me by the nutritionist. So i tried it, and it was awesome.
Great on you. About the same time on the journey to making me better. Yay us! And yes, ice cream is there waiting when we deem it eligible.
@CinnamonGirlE @BlueTsunami I read Dave was a convict, good on you Dave. One of the small numbers that did it right. I'll tell you this: Dave's is not an "eat on the couch" bread.

@BlueTsunami @CinnamonGirlE You're allowed. I was company trained for six months to be hyper focused on stretch goals. So now my obsession is how far can I progress at my age. I never really did retire I just shifted the corporate objectives.
