Happy Sunday!☕ Healthier eating resolution 8 months old & still going strong!💪 Yes, have had some cravey bumps in the road along the way, but stay committed. Have lost 33 lbs. in the process. My new obsession is Dave's Killer 21-grain bread cuz i love my carbs!🍞 Delicious, lo-cal & makes the cutest little sandwiches! @BlueTsunami I used to like his product but I don't eat bread now. Like you I've been at it 7 months, weight loss, no more losartan and a friend the other day who was gob smacked at the changes all this and going to the gym has accomplished.
