Sooo....went to the ER the other night, in excruciating pain. I knew what was going on because it was a similar lower left abdominal pain I'd had about a year ago. A flare up of Diverticulitis. They ended up giving me morphine (did next to nothing) and Dilaudid (made me super high and sick to my stomach, but did mask the pain), along with an antibiotic and something for nausea. Fortunately they didn't keep me, and sent me on my way with prescriptions...
