Early Voting has begun in #NYC.
There was a slow yet steady stream of voters coming in throughout the day. Everyone was nice polite and patient despite all the items that were on the ballot, including the Equal rights amendment.
This year they have me working at 5 different poll sites over the next 10 days, remaining at each one for only 2 days. The farthest site I'll be working at is 3 miles away.
Hoping people will order their mail-in ballot (today is the deadline) or will vote by 11/3

Thank you! I never served in the military, so this is my way of doing public service. And doing my part to save democracy while we still can.
You might not have technically served in the military, but you are most definitely doing a huge public service! Just like our men and women in the armed forces, you certainly are helping to save our democracy! Thank you for your service! 💙
