Samaritan's Purse is just 1 org with 100s of volunteers; other groups like CS Society, Team Rubican & Tech for Good have hundreds more. All coordinate w/each other & FEMA. None wear fema uniforms

I heard from a friend that in 1 place in North Carolina that they had to find geeks who knew how to ride horses, because the starlinks and their powe source were being deployed by mule. Imagine that!
