No catch. It's shortening a 10+ yr and $20K-$30K process (in which 20% of applications are rejected), to a much shorter easier process where families can stay together.

I speak from personal experience.

@Bliss I'm seeing something about them making the process simpler for people who are already married, but may have been living in the US undocumented. That would be a sea change, and help a lot of families, if so.
