BTW: the obelisk on far right is the Vance Memorial which has since been removed due to his long-standing support of slavery. We protested for its removal as well.
Only the foundation remains which was being removed this past week. Local racists went back to court again and lost.

😮 That's an amazing and impressive group protesting where you are! We need to organize in major numbers. A number of legislatures have introduced various forms anti-contraception bills. That's their next target.

When trump came to Asheville in 2016, so many of us protested, it shut down our downtown. He spoke & snuck out the back door of the venue. I was at the front door of the venue.
Trump has never returned to Asheville. When campaigning he goes to red rural towns.
