Nope, money does not make the criminal in chief & his henchmen accountable for all the criminal activity he's done and lives threatened, only jail will do that.
That's a preposterous position to take.
Civil crimes don't get jail time. You want him not be to tried for civil violations, because it's not enough punishment for you?
