The NY State Tax Fraud case last yr finished in 2 criminal convictions for senior trump org officers. Trump wasn't charged because he never signed any legal or financial documents.
The CFO went to jail for 100 days and 5yr probation in exchange for testifying in this fraud trial. Unfortunately the CFO perjured himself during this trial.
The IRS can now build a case against 🤡.
BTW, per NY AG, Trump, sons & officers have to pay over $450M in total.
