FULL DISCLOSURE I live in a 'Castle Doctrine' state. I have 2 large gun safes & multiple strategically placed wall mounted pistol safes, all biometrically secured, IN MY HOUSE.
I do not open carry, conceal carry or keep a gun in my vehicle.
B/c I'm not a scared yahoo.
^^^ If anyone is invading my home in a castle doctrine state, good luck to them. I will and am prepared to protect my family and what's mine, in the full knowledge that they'd be fucking insane to break in here without a weapon. And I'll be happy to give them the good news.

^^^ All that said, if it came down the government legalese pipe that I was not permitted to possess that which I responsibly own now they'd have to run an amnesty and if it ran in conjunction with other needed changes, in the interests of kids just tryna be at school, I'd comply.
@th3j35t3r Took me under 30 min last year to purchase and walk out of a store with a 30.06. I was disappointed I wasn't fingerprinted like I have to for work. BTW the GOP argument that "all we need is better mental health" is laughable as most mass shooters exhibit sociopathy...not arrested or cured by any counseling I know of.
