@Bix I've a hunch we're not going to like it much. P25 is very much on the table now.
@Bix That's a problem. However, to accomplish that goal, they need to repeal 13A, which requires a 3/4 vote in Congress and 2/3 of the states (38 of them) to go along. SCOTUS can't do that.
