My husband and I had this conversation last night.
I get she was attempting to be moderate to gain independent/undecided voters.
But I think there’s some truth to this as the number of those who didn’t vote shows and the across the country gains Felon made.

@Bix Remember how I kept saying (and usually getting told I was wrong), that if you tell people the economy is booming and show them how much profit big companies are making, but housing, food, gas, utilities, medicine, et al are skyrocketing in price and they're having to struggle, they will think you're either lying, or that you only care if the economy helps rich people.

You can't convince people the economy is good when it's obviously not good for _them_.
