CPAC head Matt Schlapp said that CPAC didn't pay a dime for him to be cleared of what a junior worker said "he grabbed my junk and jacked it real hard."
12 hours later, we find that CPAC didn't pay the sexual assault victim, it was only CPAC's insurance company.
