There is now video of Chesebro saying to a judge that ‘I entered into a conspiracy with Donald Trump and Rudy Giuliani to steal Georgia’s election.’
I wonder if #BidenHarris2024 would like to use that video in ads.

Ah. I thought I heard something about records sealed after x amount of time first time offender yadayada law stuff. Not being a felon myself or a lawyer lol I have no idea how any of this works. 😁😄

If he abides by the terms of probation, the charge will be expunged from his record under the first-offender terms of the deal. In addition, the plea describes the crime to which Chesebro pleaded guilty — conspiring to file false documents — as not being one of “moral turpitude.” That could enable him to resume practicing law.

Resume - I have seen other felons get their law licenses back.
Once a sentence is completed you should be able to continue on with life. That was supposed to be the whole premise of our judicial system, to somehow rehabilitate ( although it's really not 😐 ). That's a whole other convo though.

@KazzyH Chesebro is now a felon. I think that does cause you to lose your law license.
