"As minority voting grew after 1965 and women began to vote independently of their husbands after 1980, the American fear of communism expanded to justify the belief that elections won by candidates popular with women and minorities are illegitimate." My fear has been that if voting rights are taken away from minorities, Republicans next target is women. They must be stopped.

@Resister_Grandma They already are targeting women - Roe is shots fired. Women really need to wake up down there in the US...
@BitchofRome You're right, and taking our voting rights away will be the final nail in our coffin. We must make our voices heard! Everyone must get out and vote in great numbers in 2024.
